The National Labour and Cooperative Federation (NLCF) is a premier organization dedicated to strengthening the cooperative movement in India. Our mission is to enable cooperatives to become agents of sustainable growth, innovation, and inclusive development. We aim to achieve this through capacity building, research, policy advocacy, and fostering collaborations among cooperatives across the country.

Organisation was started in 1981 and work closely with Minister of Agriculture of India and now working with Multi State Cooperative Societies Act (2002) under the agiss of Ministry of Cooperatives in Government of India.
